Delivery
Delivery is carried out to the specified address between 10:00 and 18:00.
At the agreed time, the customer must be present at the delivery address.
The courier will contact you 1–2 hours before arrival.
After confirming the online order, the delivery time is additionally agreed with the customer.
If the customer cannot accept the order on the proposed day, the order is stored for 7 days. After this period, the order will be cancelled.
This rule applies to all types of delivery.
Order Handover
Delivery is made up to the apartment, provided there are no obstacles in the corridors and passageways.

Delivery is carried out only to the recipient or an authorized representative.
The process is considered complete after signing the documents. Documents may also be provided electronically.
Delivery outside the Republic of Azerbaijan is not carried out.
Delivery Terms
Small orders (if available in stock) are delivered the next day within Baku.
Deliveries to settlements located on the Absheron Peninsula and to the city of Sumgayit are carried out on Fridays and Saturdays.
Large orders, if available at the central warehouse, are delivered within 3 days.
Delivery Cost
For orders up to 50 AZN – delivery cost is 3 AZN.
Orders over 50 AZN are delivered free of charge.
Orders without an exact address or with unsuitable conditions for handover will not be delivered.
By placing an order, the user automatically agrees to the stated delivery terms.
