Return Policy

Our store operates in accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights Protection. You can return or exchange a product in the following cases:

Return and Exchange of Defective Goods (Factory Defect)

You can return or exchange defective goods within the warranty period. To do this:

  1. Call +994 55 222 32 54 and inform us about the return.
  2. After notifying the operator, an expert will inspect the product on site. If the defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced, or you will receive a refund.
  3. If the defect cannot be confirmed immediately, the product will be sent for service inspection.
  4. After confirmation of the defect, you will be refunded the full amount, including delivery costs.
  5. Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used by the Customer when purchasing the returned goods, unless the Customer has explicitly agreed to another method of refund.
  6. Returns with different payer and recipient: If the product was received by one person but paid for by another (for example, a gift), the refund will be made to the person who made the payment, not to the recipient.

 

Return of Goods at Personal Request

You can return goods within 14 days from the date of purchase if:

  1. They have not been used and show no signs of use.
  2. They have retained their marketable condition and consumer properties.
  3. The original factory packaging is intact.
  4. The product is complete.
  5. A receipt or other document confirming payment is provided.

Note 1: Hygiene products with broken packaging cannot be returned.

 

We strictly follow the Law on Consumer Rights Protection, so you can feel secure with every purchase. According to Article 7 of this law, you can return or exchange a product with a factory defect within the warranty period. In addition, under Article 15, you have the right to return or exchange quality goods within 14 days of purchase.
