“Azerfloat” QSC

   The quality of water used in glass production plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Clean and stable water ensures the transparency and quality of the final glass products, while also extending the lifespan of plant equipment. That is why the implementation of modern filtration systems based on reverse osmosis technology is essential for glass factories.
   Based on this, we have installed a filtration system at the Azerfloat glass plant, providing the production process with stable and high-quality water that meets technological requirements.

Installed equipment:

Automatic mechanical filtration: CLACK WS1 BTZ-05 Filter Valve, PWG Tank Q-1865 (Belgium) — removal of sand, rust, and solid particles from the water.

Automatic water softening system: CLACK WS1 BTZ-05 Filter Valve, PWG Tank Q-1865 (Belgium) — elimination of chlorine, organic compounds, unpleasant taste, and odor.

Reverse Osmosis System: RO SS1 80x40, Oltremare Membrane Technology (Italy) — molecular-level purification and stable water quality.
